This refund policy applies to orders placed on this official OKDO website. Orders placed on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada or other marketplaces are handled according to the relevant platform rules.

To request a return or refund, contact OKDO support with your order number, reason, product condition and clear photos or video. Please do not send goods back before receiving return instructions.

Returned items may need inspection before refund approval. Used, assembled, damaged or incomplete items may affect refund eligibility. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to payment provider processing time.

If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible. Replacement parts or after-sales support may be faster than a full return.
