Shipping Policy

OKDO prepares local delivery support for Malaysia and Thailand where stock is available. Delivery time, delivery fee and service coverage depend on product stock, delivery city, carrier capacity and checkout settings.

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, contact name and phone number. For office buildings or bulk orders, additional delivery coordination may be required.

Delivery may be delayed by public holidays, remote areas, weather, courier capacity, address issues or events outside our control.
